This silk/velvet fringe peacock thing is something I bought in Seattle during my last trip, and so beautiful but way too hefty to wear more than occasionally. I’m just too afraid of snagging it on something. Though I do plan on wearing it to a festival someday-- contradicts my previous statement so go figure? Shot by my best friend Yidi Yu in the Menil Collection area in midtown. Most excellent collection of Magritte and other surrealism and modern paintings. Baking a pumpkin pie as planned that night didn’t quite happen, but watched Tangled and it was suprisingly enjoyable. Also spotted these Frye boots in a Swell catalog for $228. Got damn.
