So knock me down, tear me up- But I would bear it all broken, just to fill my cup

Some shots of inanimate objects I managed to take while staying at my parents' house. It's kind of interesting trying to capture something lifeless in an interesting and capturing way. Like the assortment of cute but creepy old alarm clocks all over the second story. I swear, the dog clock actually screams "Good morning, I love you!" to wake you up in a very creepy high-pitched child's voice. Thank god most of those batteries are dead.

I actually missed taking shots of my mom's cool miniature ship collection, as well as the array of pretty crystal things in the glass showcase. But my contacts just managed to shank the hell out of my right eye and I don't have glasses, so this post has already been hard enough. Oh, misfortune!

It's supposed to snow tomorrow in Houston, and I hate to repeat what I believe to be lies and exaggeration, but weather reports predict up to 3 inches of snow. Which really means anything from <1 inch to 2.99 inch. Or that flurrying shit they like to call snow but kind of isn't because it melts before it touches the ground. Anyhow, the streets be dangerous, so best to stay off em, mate! Especially with the hordes of Texans who can't drive worth a damn in rain, let alone ice/snow.

xx.
